Lovely double room in Manchester City Centre

Hi there!

I have a double room to rent in the lovely Vesta street development in New Islington.

The building is very central and close to all the bars, shops and restaurants as well as Piccadilly and Victoria train stations and New Islington tram stop.

There is a 24 hour concierge and some beautiful communal space overlooking the canal. The building is set back from the main road so noise is minimal. Gated access and fob access to all parts of the building, making it very secure.

The flat is fully furnished and very comfortable.

All bills are included, including utilities, broadband.

A little about me:

I’m 41, I love cooking and have a very well stocked kitchen. I work shifts in the city centre so can be out from early mornings to late evenings. I like to keep things clean and tidy, although I wouldn’t describe myself as clean obsessed.

I’d prefer to live with someone social, who I can get on with and cook with etc, although I understand and respect privacy and alone time.

Happy to live with someone in a relationship but am not looking to live with a couple.

I would also ask that working from home is kept to a minimum of 2 days a week.
