Myself and Oonagh (28 and 25) are looking for a third flatmate to join us in our 3-bedroom apartment in Cotton Field Wharf in Ancoats!
We are looking for someone to move in around mid August/ start of Sept. We're looking to sign a 12-month lease minimum. Both Oonagh and I are tidy and sociable, so we're looking for someone similar who can put up with our Irish accents ☘️
Rent is £602 per month, with bills approximately £150 each. We'll be sharing the main bathroom, as Laoise has the en-suite. The previous flatmate will be taking her bedroom furniture, but there is a built-in wardrobe and furniture is regularly for sale in the building 😊
Our apartment is right on the New Islington Marina, just 5 minutes from the nearest tram stop, Aldi, and PureGym. The building has an on-site gym, 24/7 concierge, WFH spaces, and a private terrace!
Our flatmate moving out has a parking space that we believe can be transferred over if need 🚗 (this is an additional cost of £115)
