Hi everyone! My flatmate is sadly moving out of town, so I'm looking for a new flatmate to take over her double room (with own bathroom) in our lovely, modern 2 bed apartment within the Anco&Co. Building.

The flat is located in the heart of bustling Ancoats, with it's bars, coffee shops and restuarants and we're just over the road from the Northern Quarter too. We're just a 10 minute walk away from Picadilly and Victoria and 3 mins from the Aldi and PureGym which is all ultra convenient.

The rent is £747 per month and includes free ultra fast WiFi throughout the building included. Our bills usually come to £138 a month each so we pay £885 each monthly when including bills :). Because there is some scaffolding around the building we have our rent reduced by 8% temporarily so comes up to £688pp for the time being

About Me:
I’m a young professional working in Manchester. I work as a product manager and I work three days in office and work from the flat/use the co-working area on the days I work from home. I love going out, having fun and meeting new people, but equally enjoy cooking and spending relaxing nights in. Like everyone, I enjoy my own space from time to time too!
