Double en-suite room - current flatmate moving out

Hi! My name is Kiera and I am looking for a new flat mate to join me and my cat in the New Islington area.
My current flatmate will be moving out early/mid April and I’d love to find someone to extend my tenancy with.
The room I’m advertising is an ensuite room, complete with the double bed and mattress, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The en-suite has a shower and spacious cupboard.
The flat is furnished - it includes a built in oven, dishwasher and plenty of cupboards and shelves. There’s a balcony to the living area too that overlooks the canal! It is situated a minute walk from New Islington tram stop, and there is a 24 hour concierge.

About me: I am 25. I have a pet cat called Beib - she loves playing and having lots of treats. I am mostly an introverted person, enjoying down time watching some shows and listening to music. I do enjoy cooking and baking so there’s often sweet treats around. Astrology rules my life so be prepared for lots of retrograde talks.

I’m looking for a flatmate who is tidy and respecting of personal space. Shared interests are not a necessity as I enjoy learning about new things. Being comfortable around cats is a must as my darling kitty has access to the living area throughout the day.

The rent would be £900 (paid to the landlord), with a one months rent deposit (£900).
Bills are an additional £200 a month, so £1100 monthly total.
