Two double en-suite rooms available in three-bedroom property from 1st October. The bedrooms are fully furnished, have new fitted wardrobes, tv brackets ready for tv and new beds - mattress included (not pictured).

The first room available is smaller, but has the benefit of a balcony. The second room available is the largest in the property (affectionately called the penthouse suite by us!). Both have en-suites so you can have your own space when needed :)

My housemate and I are both moving out due to having travelling plans. You’d be moving in with our 24-year-old female housemate who works full time, sometimes working from home.

She’s keen to get along as housemates, as we all have with each other, so if you’re looking for a sociable house then this could be the perfect fit! We do a mix of cosy film nights in, going on walks, trying out foodie spots in the city and going on the occasional night out/for a couple of drinks in a beer garden :)

The apartment is fully furnished. The kitchen is large, with lots of storage, large fridge freezer and separate wine fridge. Built in appliances, including dish washer, washing machine and clothes dryer.

The property is split over 3 floors so it doesn’t feel cramped and gives plenty of space.

There is secure parking available at the rear of the property.

All bills included (however capped at reasonable usage)
