Hi! I am looking for someone to move into my lovely two-bedroom flat in Ancoats. I own the flat and am looking for a clean, respectful flatmate to share the space with.

You would have your own bright, fully furnished double bedroom and mainly use of the main bathroom. The flat is in an amazing location right on Cutting Room Square.

About Me

I work full-time in environment and sustainability for an engineering company. Outside of work I enjoy yoga, cooking, reading, and spending time outdoors.

I am looking for someone clean, tidy, respectful, and fairly independent who appreciates a quieter home environment. This is not a party flat, so overnight guests and frequent visitors are not really the vibe. It is generally a very calm and relaxed space with not many people around.

No couples please - I am looking for a single flatmate only.
