Double en-suite room in a 2 bed flat in Ancoats, available from September
Looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s room from September, as he’s moving in with his girlfriend.
The flat is in a great location beside New Islington Marina, and just around the corner from the tram stop.
The en suite room is unfurnished and gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen and living room is fully furnished. The building also has a small gym and an outdoor terrace area. You’d be sharing with just me, I work in the office most of the week and from home a couple of days.
Bills come to around £170–£200 per month, including council tax (band C), water, electric and 1Gb broadband.
Looking for someone sociable and laid back. I like to keep the place pretty clean, and I’m always up for a few pints or a chilled night in.
