En-suite room in New Islington next to Marina

I’m looking for a new flatmate for a 2 bed flat in New Islington as my current flatmate is moving out to live with her boyfriend.

I’ve been living in the flat 2 years and love it, it’s a really nice building with communal areas and use of a gym, and the area is fab with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars nearby! The flat is right on the end of the New Islington Marina.

The flat is a great layout as there are 2 en suite bedrooms so you just share the kitchen and living space. Both bedrooms also have a walk in wardrobe! It’s unfurnished but I’ve already furnished the living room so you’ll just need bedroom stuff.

I’m 27 and work from the office 4/5 days a week as a journalist so won’t be in the flat too much during the day time. Would be great to have someone move in who is up for chilling in the evenings, watching tv, cooking together, drinks etc!

Looking for someone who is happy to keep the flat clean and tidy and also is respectful of noise/ each other’s schedules.

It’s a 7 month contract initially and then there is the option to renew for 7, 12, 24 months after that. Rent is £715 and bills are around £190 a month.
