Mon-Fri Lodger Wanted: Ancoats Mill

​I am looking for a respectful professional to rent my spare double room from Monday to Friday. I live in a beautiful converted mill in Ancoats.

Must be a dog person:
I have a very friendly Miniature Poodle who will no doubt want attention when you're around.

​The Room:
Comfortable, bright, double room, brand-new mattress, sofa and blackout blinds, single wardrobe. Please bring your own bedding (duvet/pillows/sheets) and towels.
​
Your Space:
Your own private bathroom (bath and shower). Shared living room and kitchen area.

​Additional:
24/7 concierge - great for security & parcel delivery, professional cleaner fortnightly, and full kitchen access (including crockery, coffee machine etc).
​
Rent: £700 per month (including bills).

Location:
Central Ancoats. 15mins walk to Piccadilly train station, a few mins walk to Northern Quarter, just a few steps away from various cafes, restaurants and bakeries.
