Hello!

We will be having my housemate and close friend moving out on the 31st of April and am looking to list his room. We have a great location in Central Manchester, right near Ancoats and on the way to the Etihad. The room is very big and very spacious, easy to section out and comes with a en suite effective for anyone looking get started in the city, or who just likes the location. Obviously it's a little more pricey but with the location and the size of the room its a great bargain

- A friendly and warm atmosphere and shared environment
- Great neighbourhood, with amazing walks near Ethihad, the bars, restaurants and venues of NQ just around the corner, and Ancoats even closer!

Requirements
- Cleanliness - Should not need to be stated, all bins when full to be taken out immediately - Bathroom to be cleaned, initiative to just clean anything that's getting dirty very important (do not just leave it to me, please!)
- Communication - We are a friendly group of people, but we do value communication. Please be friendly and engage with the household. This is not a property to shut yourself away in
- Hours - I work late as do my other housemates, sometimes until 5 in the morning and will have to be cooking, cleaning and coming back at these times, though I am quiet, please be aware - Our other housemate is a very late sleeper and plays games and has to come back from gigs - it is important this is not an issue to you. We like to do social things together! I'm always up to go for a drink or watch a comedy show, James loves you to see his shows
- Be Friendly! - Should go without saying, but get to know us, engage in the house, come for a drink, or come out for food - I really want this house to be a home, so I really want somebody who wants the same!
- You MUST be in work - To pay rent, you need to have a job, pretty simple
