House in central (ancoats area)

Hi, I’m Hadyn 👋

I’m looking for a new housemate to move into my 2-bedroom home in the Ancoats area (just behind the marina, right by the canal). It’s a really great location – peaceful, modern, and only a short walk into central Ancoats and the Northern Quarter.

The house itself is a high-spec new build that I’ve lived in for around 3 years with my current housemate, who’s now relocating to Barcelona. I’m looking for someone to move in from early June.

About the house:

* 2 bedrooms
* 2 toilets + shared main bathroom upstairs
* Open-plan living and kitchen area
* Private garden (perfect for summer!)
* Spacious, clean, and finished to a high standard

About me:
I’m very easy-going and respectful. I split my time between Manchester and London, so you’ll often have the place to yourself, which is a big bonus.

What I’m looking for:
Someone clean, considerate, and relaxed who will treat the house like a home. As it’s just the two of us, keeping things tidy and comfortable is really important.
