Hi! My flatmate is moving out in June, so I’m looking for someone to take over their room from 18/06.
The room is a spacious double with a large window and loads of natural light. It’s fully furnished with a double bed frame, mattress, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. While it’s not an en-suite, you’ll have the larger main bathroom all to yourself (pictured above).
The flat itself is on the second floor in the heart of Ancoats, super central and surrounded by everything you need. There’s a General Store next door, and Aldi, PureGym, and M&S Essentials are all within a 4-minute walk. Loads of great coffee spots, bars, and restaurants nearby too, plus easy access to Piccadilly Station and tram stops.
A bit about me — I’m Australian, living and working in Manchester in social media marketing. I love travelling, trying new restaurants, going for drinks, and being social, but I also really value downtime at home.
I’m definitely Type A and love keeping the flat clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone with a similar mindset. Ideally, I’d love a flatmate who’s independent and respectful of personal space, but also down for a chat, coffee, drink, or the occasional hangout, more of a friendly home vibe than strangers sharing a flat!
