My housemate is moving out as she’s finished her masters, so her room is available from 18th/19th June.
The Flat is a lovely ground floor flat in Ancoats/Noma area. It’s a 5 minute walk from Shudehill Tram stop and a 9 minute walk from Manchester Victoria. And a short distance from the Northen Quarter and town so everything is at your doorstep. The room is a spacious double room fully furnished.
I will be going into my second year of my Architecture Masters in September but keeping the flat over the summer. I’m easy going and enjoy a balance of nights in and out. Someone sociable, friendly and tidy (hopefully another masters student) would be preferred so we have similar schedules. Me and the flatmate that’s moving out have loved living together and enjoyed spending time with each other outside the flat - so I am looking for a like minded person that enjoys the social aspect of living with each-other!
