Great location in the New Islington area of Ancoats. It is quite a beautiful flat with two rooms, spacious living room, kitchen & and lovely bathroom but the rent is significantly cheaper than normal for the area. I occupy one room.
A bit about me - I’m easy-going and sociable. Just looking for someone nice (1 Adult) , tidy and friendly to create happy and harmonious vibe in the flat 😊
I work 9-5ish on a hybrid working style and in evenings I’ll usually be at the gym, or just chilling at home with Netflix. Weekends is a mix depending on what’s going on, sometimes I’ll be out for drinks other times just doing wholesome stuff, brunch, walks etc.
I keep the flat pretty clean and tidy ongoing, so ideally you would be on the same page on that side of things.
