Flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so their room is now available. I’ve lived in this flat for 2 years and she had lived here for 3 years.

Bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobes and you will have the main bathroom to yourself. Loads of storage across the flat compared to many other new builds imo.

- Rent should be £700 (will triple check with the building management company)
- Bills all in fluctuate around £180 (+/- £20) over the year.

Building has concierge/community host team who are super responsive to any issues.

Having lived in London for 5 years in a range of spareroom conditions, this flat is definitely my favourite.

No parking on site but can point you to different options at different price points within a 5 min walk!

Otherwise, Poplin is a fairly new apartment block. Flatmate was one of the first residents in the flat. Building has a big communal roof terrace, co-working space downstairs and a bookable kitchen/living room space for hosting!

A bit about me - I work in civil service and currently doing my accounting exams. I mainly work from home but often downstairs. I'm originally from Manchester but only moved back in 2024. Im fairly sporty with a good group of friends here that keep me busy. If you're easy going, I'm sure we'll get on fine.
