Double en suite room available in Ancoats from Jul

I am a straight 38 year old spiritual female with a very cute and friendly cat, looking for a female or gay male housemate to share our home. Open to dogs, but they must be trained not to chase cats please!

This is not a party apartment, more like a safe space! I do have friends over to stay occassionally and welcome the new tenant to also do the same.

I work from home so I am at the apartment quite a lot. Ideally looking for someone who occasionally goes into the office but also OK with someone who works from home full time too.

The room is technically unfurnished, however there is furniture in the room which I can arrange to be purchased from the old tenant for a good price. This includes a desk, double bed and some draws.

I am looking for someone to bring chill vibes to the apartment.

Deposit and rent to be confirmed. Currently rent is £730 but this will be subject to a slight rent increase when my housemate moved out.
