Hi everyone! We’re looking to sublet our cosy flat for around 3 months while we’re away travelling, from mid/late November to mid/late February.

Rent: £1,000 pcm + bills

Our current monthly bills are approximately:

* Council tax: £150
* WiFi: £24
* Electricity: £75
* Water: £35

Utility costs vary depending on usage, so these figures are just a rough guide based on our current usage as a couple who are both home most of the time.

📍 Location – Ancoats

The flat is in vibrant Ancoats, perfect if you enjoy a quieter city lifestyle while still being close to some of Manchester’s best independent cafés, restaurants and shops.

It’s around a 15-minute walk to both Manchester Piccadilly and Victoria stations, with several bus stops just a 5-minute walk away.

The flat was originally handed over unfinished, and we’ve put a lot of care into making it feel like home. It includes:
