I'm looking for someone to join me in a brand new, spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment at Ancoats Green. Available from now, I just moved on 22nd May so looking for someone to move in asap! :)

The available room is a very large double with your own private ensuite. Brand new furniture, the bed is an ottoman so great for storage! (Waiting on video to upload which shows en-suite!)

The flat itself is modern, bright, and fully furnished with high-spec finishes throughout. It has an open-plan kitchen and living area with large, airy windows. It's a great size, even bigger and nicer than the photos. You will have lots of cupboard and fridge freezer space!

Located in a great area with amazing cafes, restaurants, gyms, and transport links including Piccadilly station all within walking distance.

Rent and bills are as follows (please note water and electricity are currently estimated as I only just moved in so don't have a gauge on usage plus this will change with 2 people/summer v winter. However, very energy efficient at EPC A rated so utility bills should stay low.

Council Tax (band A!!) - £65
Internet - £12
TV Licence - £15 (for first 6 months, then drops to £7.50 p/m)
Water - est between £30-50
Electricity - est between £40-70
Total est - between £950-£1000

Would love someone sociable and friendly, but also respectful of each other’s own space. Ideally someone who doesn't WFH all the time :) Females preferred 30+ but if you think you’d be a great fit please do send a message!
