Flat in Ancoats/ City centre

Hiya,
I'm looking for a new flatmate to share our flat in Ancoats, as my current flatmate is sadly leaving to do his PhD abroad.

The room is furnished and comes with a double bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe and a bathroom each. There's also 2 rooftops in the building and a pretty decent gym.

The flat is in a great spot just outside the city centre. It's only a short walk to the Arndale, Northern Quarter and Ancoats Marina, and there's an Aldi nearby which is handy.

A bit about me — I'm Tom, 21, and I work full-time as an electrician apprentice. I'm pretty easy-going, sociable and tidy, and I've lived in a few flat shares before with no issues.

Outside of work, I'm usually boxing, going for runs, or meeting up with mates at the weekend. I enjoy having a chat and being friendly with whoever I live with, but I'm also happy doing my own thing and respect people's space.

The tenancy is currently rolling, so I'd potentially be open to looking at other places with the right person. That said, I genuinely think this flat is a great place to live and really good value for the location.
