Double room, own bathroom, great location

Hello! I am Sophie, 29, full time working in HR for a sports business. I have 2 cats (they’re chill and cute), the apartment is 2 bed, 2 bath. You would have your own bathroom (with bath), all furniture is included. There is a double bed frame and set of drawers in the room should you want them, if not I can remove them. I am clean and tidy, my family and friends live in a different city so often will be away visiting. I love coffee, walks, cheeky glass of Prosecco, up for anything really!
Would be great to have a flatmate but also a new friend!
£700 pcm (bills included), it has free parking, the flat is 2 mins from ancoats, close to etihad & coop live, great transport links. Nice neighbours who look out for each other and just generally a very nice place to live!
Photos are from before I moved in, happy to send present day photos. There is no window in this bedroom, light comes in through glass pane. It stays cool in summer and warm in winter. Your rent amount is less than mine due to this so I pay extra. Also open to switching rooms and me moving into this one and you having the bigger one with en suite (would need to pay more p/m for the bigger room)
