Lovely room available in New Islington from July!

I’m looking for a flatmate to take over a double room in my flat. It’s a really light and airy place with big windows, a modern feel, and a nice calm vibe overall. Available from start of July!!

The flat has a good-sized living area that’s cosy but still feels open, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom and a walk-in closet! The room comes unfurnished, but the living room and kitchen are already fully furnished. I like to keep it tidy and homely without it feeling too formal.

Bills come around to £200~250 a month, including council tax, electric, water, and wifi. Everything is already set up!

You’ll be sharing with one friendly, easy-going tenant (me!) who enjoys an active but balanced lifestyle. I love going for walks, heading to the gym or yoga classes, trying new restaurants, and occasionally having a night out. Although I equally appreciate a cosy night in with a good film or takeaway!

I’m ideally looking for a female flatmate who’s:
- Clean and respectful of shared spaces
- Friendly and easy to live with
- Around 25+
- Up for a chat or shared dinner, but also happy doing their own thing
