I'm looking for a new housemate in a big and bright Ancoats flat as my current housemate is moving abroad. The flat is on the 5th floor of a building in an ideal location, right opposite New Islington tram stop.
The room available comes fully furnished with a double bed and mattress, storage, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. We have a big kitchen and living area with a juliette balcony overlooking the Peaks. The flat is well insulated and stays warm even during the winter.
Bills are not included but usually work out £150-200pp per month including council tax (band C).
I'm a 35 yr old friendly and welcoming professional in the charity sector with experience living all around the world. I love cooking, electronic music & film.
