Looking for a new housemate to join me in a furnished two-bedroom house just outside the city centre.

Move in date could be before September if needed.

Rent is will be £650pp and bills come to around £150 per month (gas and electricity, council tax, water and internet)

A bit about me: I’m a full-time professional working in the language industry. I’m vegan, enjoy running, travelling, cooking, gigs, festivals and generally making the most of Manchester. I’m friendly and easy going.

You’ll also be sharing with my 12-year-old Husky, who is a good boy and loves making friends. He doesn’t need looking after, but if you’re a dog lover he’ll happily accept extra fuss and the occasional walk. Be warned: he sheds a lot!

• Furnished throughout (you’ll need your own bed and mattress); TV is going but I may replace it

• Walking distance to Ancoats, Northern Quarter, Victoria and the city centre

Pets may be considered following a successful meet-and-greet with the Husky and landlord approval.
