I am offering a spacious double room (biggest bedroom in the house) w/ semi en-suite within the heart of Ancoats / New Islington.

About me, I am a 26 year old professional working in the city and am currently living with my 27 year old partner. We also have a lovely 2 year old Miniature Daschund named Milou.

Given that we are working professionals we are looking for someone who is in a similar position.

Location

The property is a 2 minute walk from the New Islington marina, set in a centrally located but quiet area of New Islington.

I have lived here for 2 years now and can honestly say that it feels like a calm abode within the heart of a booming city.

The streets are quiet, neighbours friendly, very easy to find a convenience store nearby with the Coop / Aldi being a 5 minute walk away.

If you are a gym goer, PureGym Urban Exchange is also a 5 minute walk away, perfect for an active lifestyle. Furthermore, for runners, we are right next to the canals of Manchester and close to the Ethiad campus which makes a good route for a 5K.

The room

The room is the largest in the house. It comes furnished already with a bed, mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and desk chair ready for use.

Semi-ensuite

The room is right next to the largest bathroom of the house, which will be essentially yours. It comes kitted with a bath/shower, a mirror with storage, and all of your typical amenities that you would expect.

Wifi

We have 910mb/s (gigabit) full fibre WiFi connected via a WiFi mesh system meaning that we have consistent high speeds throughout the whole house.

Kitchen

We have the following on top of what you would typically expect (I. e. oven, hob, fridge, freezer, etc.):
