Double room in heart of Ancoats

Hey I’m Sam,

I’m looking for someone to take over my room ASAP, the other current flatmate is Australian professional who works in office so she doesn’t work from home.

The flat is located just off cutting room square so there’s plenty of food and drink places around as well as a very convenient shop just outside the front door.

10 min walk to Piccadilly gardens so easy transport links to get around Manchester, pure gym 5 min walk down the road as well as an Aldi.

The flat itself is on the fifth floor and has all the mod cons:

- Modern decorations
- Fast internet
- Induction Hob
- 24hr concierge (so no missing parcels)
- Absolutely brilliant roof terrace which also has a function room that can be booked out for events
- Cinema room
- Bike storage
- Washing machine

Room itself has a large double bed with under bed storage and a floor to ceiling window, as well as a very big closet for clothing and sole access to bathroom with a walk in shower.

Parking can be interesting, there’s on street parking on single yellows so parking is free between 6pm-8am Mon-Sat and free all day Sunday. There’s two car parks within 3 min walk but there’s a long term car parks about a 10 min walk away that’s current £15 a week.

Bills are approximately £125 a month
