Looking for someone to move into my 2 bed flat which is ideally situated along New Islington Marina, just a 5 minute walk from New Islington tram stop & less than 15 minutes from Piccadilly station.

Rent will be approximately £750 excl bills and move in will be the start/mid September.

The room itself is unfurnished, with a built in walk through wardrobe leading to an en-suite bathroom. The rest of the flat is furnished, with a dishwasher and washing machine included so it is just a bed needed!

The flat also includes access to the onsite gym, club room and private outdoor spaces. Both the bedroom and flat get lots of natural light too- It is such an ideal place to live! ☀️

I’m 25 and moved to Manchester a couple of years ago for my job. When I’m not working I like to go to the gym, grab a bev(esp if the football and rugby is on) & try new things with my friends or have a debrief and a giggle about life on the sofa. (Sometimes you just need TikTok time and takeaway)- I would love to share with a clean, respectful and friendly girl who would also like to call the flat home! 🤍
