Modern Ancoats room available with lovely flatmate

Looking for a female flatmate to replace me in Poplin building in Ancoats. The flat is gorgeous, super modern building with roof terrace and coworking space and bookable lounge/hosting area. I'm actually staying in the building just moving to a different unit with a friend, so can attest it's great to live in!

My flatmate Udita is lovely, super easy-going and tidy so would love someone similar to move in. She works in a lab most days, finishing around 2pm. She loves to chill, bit of a homebody, loves cooking and watching shows and the occasional nice wine night. She is fairly new to the city so also likes exploring the neighbourhood and trying out new spots.

Costs:
- Council tax band C
- Wifi is included within the rent
- 1st month rent will be discounted to account for you moving in on the 10th
- Rent will be £680 if you are a key worker! (i. e. healthcare, police)
- Upfront deposit will be £680
