We have a double room available in our lovely duplex 3-bed flat in New Islington, from 1st August.

The room is cosy but would come fully furnished with a desk. The flat has great communal space, a lovely balcony and is quite modern throughout. The kitchen and living space is on the top floor of the flat and the bedrooms are on the bottom floor. The location is ideal (super close to New Islington tram stop & ~15 minute walk to Piccadilly)
I’m social, tidy and wfh a couple of days per week. I’d love to live with somebody who enjoys a chat, occasional drink and would like to be friends aswell as housemates!
