Cosy double available ASAP in prime location

Sadly our previous applicant's referencing fell through at the last minute, so we're looking for someone to move into our cosy double room on the iconic George Leigh Street in the heart of Ancoats.

The house has free on-street parking (a rarity around here!), plus a lovely garden with planted flowers and a fire pit that's perfect for making the most of summer.

A little about us... we're two social beans who enjoy the odd family dinner, good music, getting out and about, and keeping the house feeling relaxed and homely. I've lived here for three years and genuinely love it.

I also run Ancoats Dog Club, so there'll be doggos coming and going from time to time. If you're an animal lover, you'll fit right in!

Bills are usually around £100 per month.
