Calm duplex penthouse in Ancoats

Looking for a like minded professional to take my spare room.
The living room/kitchen/bathroom/terrace are shared.

There is also a shared coomunal rooftop in the building.

The bedroom is king size with a Simba mattress, with tv/wadrobe/desk within.

I am in London 4/5 nights per week so you'd have the flat to yourself the majority of the time.

A bit about me; I work in consulting so travel a lot, I (ashamedly) joined the padel cult, try to stay active, love anything creative including baking, try to get to the cinema once a month, but also partial to a whisky or a red wine, very social and love to be out and about with pals. Ideally would like to let the room to someone I can get along with socially but also who has their own social life and friends too. As I'm away so often I like to come back to my home as a peaceful place, so looking from someone who appreciates and respects that too :)
