Looking for a flatmate to move in to my recently decorated 2 bed 2 bathroom Ancoats flat. The entire house has been recently painted and the open plan living room decorated in a mid century style.

The room is 3.43x3.10m and features a lovely modern en-suite, double bed, 2 chests of drawers, 2 wardrobes, 2 side tables, a chair, a record player and a glass cabinet.

I've invested a lot of my own money into making this flat as beautiful and as homely as I can. You will also get access to some unique amenities like a custom arcade machine in the living room with over 10,000 games on and a shared 4K OLED TV with a surround sound system.

About me: I'm 23 and self-employed in the music industry, running a company that makes merchandise for music artists and I'm also the creative director for a Manchester based music promotion company so I'm always at or putting on concerts (bonus for you is I can probably get you guest list to most shows if we have the same music taste). I'm a creative so always designing, taking photos or working on music related stuff. When I'm not busy I like to go to the pub, gym, rock climbing or on walks.

I'm a social person and often have my girlfriend or friends round to hang out or for drinks. More than happy for you to do the same. I want to be friends with whoever moves in, not just flatmates.
