En-suite room ancoats

Hi looking for a new flatmate to take over the other double room with walk-in wardrobe and en-suite in my flat. (07/09/26)

A bit about the flat 🏡✨.. we have a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The flat did come unfurnished and my flat mate who is leaving will be taking all her furniture, so you will need a bed etc. The furniture in the main areas will stay (except the sofa is hers). The building is lovely, feels like a hotel! There is a gym, 24/7 concierge, bike garage and frequent discounts for local places.

The area 🪴✨.. The flat is on the marina by ancoats, perfect place near lots of bars, restaurants and bakeries! 5min walk to Aldi for your weekly shop! 15min walk to Manchester Piccadilly or Victoria station.

About me.. I’m a 24yr old professional, I work in office 4 days a week and 1 day at home. Im an active girl, enjoy going to the gym, Pilates and running. I also like to try any new restaurants and go to the pub! Looking for a friendly flat mate.

Rent is £735 a month, bills are about £200

Important note, I will be looking to move out myself in the next few months as I want to move to London. But it’s the new rolling contract so you will be fine to continue, just want the new tenant to be aware of my intentions as they may have to get someone to replace me soon 😊
