Ancoats En-suite Room to Rent

Flatmate is moving in with boyfriend 30th of September and looking for someone to fill the room :)
Unfurnished bedroom, flat is technically unfurnished but me and my flat mate have furnished it so just sorting out what bits I’m keeping rn but basics like sofa etc will have *will post living room kitchen pictures asap*

I work Monday-Fri 9-5:30 in office (sometimes 1 wfh day) so looking for someone preferably with a similar schedule.
CT: 171 totally
Total Bills roughly: 160 (depending on time of year)
We can use the gym in the building next to ours as same company owns it. Parking not included, my flatmate did get a space so if you need one let me know and I’ll pass on the info for that. (If I have forgotten anything pls ask)

Looking for someone that’s clean and considerate of shared space that I can get along with. I enjoy having my own space after work but would also like to socialise so would be nice if we had similar interests! I like reality TV, going out with friends, going to the cinema, work in fashion so enjoy clothes/makeup etc and probs just all the usual stuff
