I’ve lived in this flat/maisonette for 2 years and absolutely loved it. There is a lovely open plan space for kitchen and living area, with a balcony too. It is pretty quiet especially considering how central the property is! It's a 5-10 min walk to Victoria, 10 minute walk to Piccadilly. Shudehill tram stop is less than 5 mins walk, near lots of bars and restaurants and 10 minute walk from the Marina, which is lovely.

The room has a walk-in wardrobe, so plenty of storage space. There are two other girls who live here, who are lovely and friendly also very tidy- I’m only moving out because I’m moving in with my bf!

Looking for a girl to move in, don't mind whether you WFH or not, someone who is just clean and friendly. The girls are pretty sociable so always up for a glass of wine and a yap!

Council tax is band A.
If you would like to move in before start of October, please let me know and I can check with the landlord as I am ready to move out whenever!
