Double Bedroom with own bathroom in New Islington

Double Room Available – New Islington, Manchester 🏡

I’m renting out the second bedroom in my flat in New Islington, Manchester.

The room is a generously sized double bedroom, and you’d have the main bathroom entirely to yourself, as I have an en-suite and don’t use the main bathroom. Looking for a 3 month term for the time being and with potential to extend it if it works for both of us.

I do have a dog, Snowy, who is a Maltese × Shih Tzu. I’ve listed the room as no pets, but I’d be open to considering a pet if they’re friendly and able to get along with Snowy. 🐶

A little about me…

I work Monday–Friday in Ancoats, with two days working from home. I’m usually at the gym most evenings after work and tend to be out of the flat every other weekend.

I’m happy to have a social flatmate and go out for drinks or do things together, but I also value having my own space and would be respectful of yours too. I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, clean and easy-going, and who wants a nice balance between being sociable and having their own space.

The flat is in a great location for New Islington, Ancoats and Manchester city centre, with plenty of bars, restaurants and amenities nearby.
