Ensuite room in lovely light flat in New Islington

Hello! My lovely flatmate is moving out and so I’m looking for someone to take her room. Her tenancy ends on 11th November - there is possibility for you to move in sooner if needed but this is not guaranteed.

The flat is really nice and light with floor to ceiling windows in the bedrooms and living space. Fully equipped kitchen with dining table. TV in the living room is mine but you’re welcome to use it!

Bedroom has its own en suite, I use the main bathroom (not pictured).

Location-wise it’s perfect if you want walking distance to town, and New Islington tram stop is less than a 5 min walk. Also super close to the Co-op / Etihad if you’re a keen gig goer like me 🙂‍↕️

Building also has parking permits, concierge and 24hr maintenance phone number.

Bills to be sorted between us come to no more than £200 a month including electric, water, WiFi, and council tax.

Bit about me! I’m 25 and work in marketing - hybrid so I tend to do a 2/3 day split from home working and the office every week. Would be looking for someone ideally with a similar working pattern!

I like to think I’m a great flatmate (hehe) - my main hobbies are gigs, raves, big gym-goer but I also love a cosy night in. I’m clean and tidy and would want the same from my flatmate! Just looking for someone kind and sociable but absolutely no pressure to be besties. That’s just a bonus 🙂‍↕️. I also want to be reassured on vibes so would prefer to meet in person at a viewing!
