Double Room New Islington

Hey!

We have a double room available from 1st November in a lovely 3 bed flat right on the New Islington Marina.

The flat...

The room is a double unfurnished room with a large shared bathroom (shared with Joe). The flat has an open plan kitchen and living/dining area with a lot of natural light and a great view of the Manchester skyline. The communal space is pretty much fully furnished at this point.

About us...

I'm a software developer and Matilda is a support worker. We’re a fairly social flat - we enjoy watching TV in the evenings with a glass of wine or a beer (they’ve currently got me hooked on Grey’s Anatomy…), as well as doing our own things. I also love to cook for people so there’s always the occasional dinner party as well. I also enjoy going to gigs, going to the football when I can and generally making the most of Manchester!

We like to keep the kitchen and living spaces clean and tidy and are respectful of others’ spaces so it would be good to find someone similar!

The rent will be around £630 per month and the bills will be around £150 per month. With that comes very fast 1000mbps broadband.

The building does offer parking, however there's a waiting list, although my previous flatmate only had to wait a couple of weeks last time. The space will cost around £115 per month. There are streets nearby that can also be used in the mean-time.

The room will be available from the 1st November so there's plenty of time to get things sorted.
