Room In Ancoats Apartment— Gym,parking included

Looking for someone to move into a fully furnished apartment in Ancoats, Manchester as soon as possible.

The apartment is modern, fully furnished and ready to move into. The kitchen is already fully equipped with all the main cooking essentials, so you would only really need to bring your own personal belongings.

The building also has an on-site gym and is in a great location close to Ancoats, the Northern Quarter and Manchester city centre.

You would be sharing the apartment with me. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, easy-going and reliable, and who’s chill. I’m a uni student so just looking for someone who’s normal and can have a laugh.

I also have a cat, so you would need to be chill with him living with us.

The room is available ASAP, and I’m happy to arrange viewings quickly for anyone genuinely interested.

Message me with a little bit about yourself, what you do for work/study, and when you would be looking to move in.

The property has WiFi, I’ve already paid the Tv licence if u drive then once you passed referencing checks u would have ur own spot in the car park— really nice location 10 mins from Piccadilly gardens/ Arnedale.
