Double room with personal bathroom in Ancoats

Hi! I'm Taiwo, an MSc student at the University of Manchester. My original flatmate's plans changed, so I'm looking for someone to take the second room in a two-bed, two-bath apartment at Eastbank Tower, Ancoats.

I’ve already passed referencing with a guarantor, so you'd just complete your own referencing and we'd sign the tenancy and move in together.

Rent: £662.50/month each, without bills
Building: gym and secure entry, parcel office, a short walk to the Northern Quarter, the city centre and Piccadilly

I'm clean, tidy and respectful, and I'd love a calm, friendly home. Ideally looking for a fellow student. Message me to chat or arrange a viewing!
