Our apartment is temporarily up for rent, I'm looking for a temporary tenant for around ~6 months with the potential for an extension.

It has lovely high ceilings and a lot of natural light. Huge wardrobes in the bedroom with plenty of room for storage.

It's furnished with the furniture you see in the photos, much nicer than the standard rental apartment, as it was never intended to be rented out. A double bed frame with storage underneath is included. Only a few things won't be included (TV, soundbar, mattress, and some decorations like wall hangings etc).

I'm looking for a young professional/couple who are happy with the terms that this apartment will only be available for a temporary period (while it is sold). In exchange, you get a much nicer apartment than others on the market in this price range.
