Double room available in Ancoats with ensuite available from 1st December 🤩
I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmates tenancy from Dec 1st. It’s a 12 month contract.
It’s a double room with an en-suite located in Ancoats. Rent is £750 and bills approx £200.
The flat is unfurnished, but I own everything in the kitchen/living room so it would just be bedroom furniture to sort.
It's in the MOST perfect location in Ancoats, the flat is super modern with a full time concierge.
You've also got loads of storage in your room with a massive wardrobe.
