We are looking for a new flatmate to replace my current flatmate who is moving to London.

The flat is located in a fantastic and convenient area, and it is a spacious 3-room apartment. This is ensuite room

Co-op food: 2 mins walk
Arndale centre: 7 mins walk
Shudehill Bus/Tram station: 6 mins walk

All furniture is included with the room, except for the Desk+chair and the 4x3 shelving unit which are in sale, and the flat comes with a washer and dryer. There is also a full-time concierge service and a secure parcel room for deliveries. In addition, the rubbish disposal room is located on the same floor, so there is no need to go outside to take out the rubbish.

The building also offers great amenities including a co-working space and a gym, making it ideal for both work and relaxation.

We are looking for someone who is tidy, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.
