🏡✨ Room available in a brand new 3-bed apartment at Jersey Wharf, Ancoats! ✨🏡

We can't upload a video of the flat and room, but can send one on request.

😊 About us:
A little about me (Dan!):
Hey! I’m Dan lawyer working in tech. I work fully remotely, and after spending the last two years travelling as a digital nomad, I’ve decided to put down roots in Manchester!
What I’m into:
- Staying active: rugby, cricket, tennis, the gym, hiking and running. Always up for trying something new!
- Pottery and salsa classes
- Cooking! I’m currently perfecting my margherita pizza with my new oven
- Gigs and music events.
A little about Isabel:
Hi! I’m Isabel, and I’m starting a new job in November, so I’m making the move to Manchester city centre! I’m from Cumbria, so not too far to come.
I’ll be in the office three days a week and remote the other two, probably working from a mix of home and co-working spaces.
What I’m into:
- Cooking! I love a nice, clean kitchen to cook in
- Pub quizzes
- Crafty workshops
- Walks, mooching around shops and finding cosy cafés ☕
We’re really hoping our flat feels like a little family, not just a house share! We’d love a housemate who’s up for cooking dinners together, cosy TV nights in, going out for a drink and exploring everything Manchester has to offer. That said, we both totally respect personal space and know everyone needs some time to themselves too.
We’re both clean and like to keep things neat, especially in shared spaces, so you can expect a tidy, happy home.
We’d love the flat to be a safe, relaxing space full of plants, somewhere we can all unwind after work, but also feel comfortable having friends over when we’re in the mood to socialise.
We’re in no rush to fill the room, as finding the right person matters way more to us than finding someone quickly! We’d love to hang out a couple of times first, whether that’s a drink, a coffee or a wander around Ancoats, so we can all get to know each other and see if we vibe. If this sounds like your kind of thing, drop us a message! We’d love to hear a bit about you, and we’re happy to answer any questions or arrange a viewing.
