My lovely flatmate is moving out in January to live with her boyfriend and so I’m looking for someone to move into my lovely flat in Ancoats just off Cutting Room Square.
The room is a spacious double, with an en-suite and plenty of wardrobe space. The kitchen and living area are furnished however the bedroom is unfurnished.
My flatmate currently has a parking spot which I don’t need, so there is the option to take that on as well for around £100 extra a month.
The building has 24/7 concierge and access to a shared gym and communal rooms.
I’m 27 and I work in law. I like cooking, walking, reading, cosy nights in but also a good cocktail night with the girls. I’m very clean and tidy and so would like to live with someone who is also a bit of a clean freak! I would love someone who I can be friends with and not just a flatmate ☺️
