Looking for a friendly young professional to join us in our spacious townhouse in Ancoats!

The house is ideally located, just a 5-minute walk from Manchester city centre, with plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and transport links right on the doorstep.

The room comes furnished, with a shared bathroom with one other person. The house itself is modern and spacious, with a massive living room, large windows and plenty of communal space to relax and unwind. There are also toilets on both the upstairs and downstairs floors, as well as access to a shared bike storage room within the building.

You’ll be living with two young professionals (myself and a mate). We’re both pretty chilled, friendly and sociable, and are looking for someone who’ll enjoy being part of the household while also having their own space.

There’s plenty of room for everyone’s belongings, and we’re looking for someone who wants somewhere comfortable to call home, rather than just a place to sleep.
