Huge top floor bedroom in Ancoats townhouse

Hey we’re Becks + Soph!!
We’re looking for a third flatmate to come join us in Ancoats this December in a gorgeous modern townhouse.

We’re looking for someone who would be interested in taking the top floor which is HUGE! Essentially two rooms and an ensuite with the top floor all to yourself. Due to this, the price of the room is on the higher end at £900 + bills per month but considering the space it would be perfect for someone who wants a home office/dressing room/ or a couple.
The house also has a shared garden, a large kitchen island and a communal downstairs which will most likely have love island or a murder documentary on knowing us.
The house is right next to the New Islington marina with a tram stop near by as well as a short walk into NQ

A lil about us! ✨
I’m an art director who works predominantly remote who goes down to London 1-2 a month and Becks works a few days a week in the office.

We actually met on spare room last year so we know it works in finding great people to live with. We’re very chilled out and would love someone to match that energy. While we love a night out, our party days are slightly behind us in the sense of we equally love a night in and don’t want this to be a big party house. (Keen for the occasional one though)

We both currently live together in Manchester City centre but keen to move to a bigger place.

This house move in date is 18th December and looking for someone to join us from then. With monthly rent of £900 and then bills split across the three of us. With a security deposit split evenly between three too!

Beck’s has a cat called Neko so we’d need someone who is okay around cats yet preferably doesn’t have their own pets unless they know they’re okay with another animals
