I have a spacious double room available now. I’m offering this lovely large double room for one person, in a really spacious attractive city centre flat. You will have sole use of your own private bathroom There is a very large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The kitchen is well equipped with quality appliances and any cooking utensils you might need. The flat is clean, quiet and comfortable but the buzz of Ancoats and the Northern Quarter are on your doorstep. As there is so much space we don't get under each others feet and I have provided a fridge and freezer just for you. The New Islington tram stop is right outside the development.

The bedroom each has a double bed, new orthopaedic mattress quality furniture, desks and lamps. Bedding and towels plus a large tv are provided should you need them. This is a quiet flat. I am a private person but friendly.

Short term two to six months preferred but will consider longer term. The rent is payable monthly in advance with all utility bills, council tax, broadband and TV licence included. The rent is £880 per calendar month including all bills except if you work from home.. The refundable deposit is £880. There is no parking available with the flat but there may be free on street parking or pay parking nearby.

I'm into languages, particularly French and Spanish. I've travelled all over the world except for South America which is definitely on my list. I love to cook and I think I'm a pretty good cook and baker. I go to the gym most days and walk a lot. I love to watch Gogglebox and documentaries. Although I am in my sixties I get on well with people of all ages. Feel free to ask if you have any questions which I welcome from anyone regardless of age, orientation or background.
