• Rent: £450 per month (excluding bills)
• Expected bills per person:
Summer: approximately £50 to £70
Winter: approximately £80 to £100

House Facilities:
• Shared kitchen and common living areas
• Backyard available for relaxing or barbeque
• 1 common toilet and 1 shared shower/toilet used between 4 people

House Rules & Environment:
• No restriction on cooking
• Smoking not allowed inside the house (allowed outside or in backyard)
• Alcohol allowed inside the house
• No pets allowed
• Quiet environment preferred during night hours

Cleaning Responsibilities:
Housemates share cleaning responsibilities for common areas including kitchen, common toilet and shower. Cleaning is done on an alternate weekly basis between two people. Backyard to be cleaned once in a month by everyone.

We are preferably looking for Indian tenants who are clean, respectful and easy to live with.
