It's a spacious house with the 3 bedrooms feeling private as they are split across 2 separate floors. The main bathroom and shower is shared with just 1 female.

Parking available on communal car park at the front of the house with a permit.

The house has excellent transport links in to the centre of Manchester - 20 mins walk to Piccadilly Gardens. Less than 10 minutes walk to the MRI hospital and university. There is also a main bus route next to the house with buses going in to the city centre every 5 minutes.
