Double room available in a modern new‑build flat. The room is fully furnished, bright and comfortable, with plenty of storage.

You’ll have exclusive use of the main bathroom (except on the occasion I have guests which is rare).
We’ll share the common areas — kitchen, living room and hallway.

Ideal housemate

I work a 9–5 job, usually 3 days from home and 2 days in the office (I choose the days week‑by‑week).

My desk is currently in the spare room but will be moved to the living‑room corner before you move in. Because of this setup, I’m looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full‑time.

I prefer someone neat, clean, respectful and sociable — someone who enjoys a friendly chat but also values space and a peaceful, well‑kept home.
